Tris-EDTA-Sucrose Buffer, pH 8.0

TES Buffer with Sucrose pH 8.0, Sterile is a zwitterionic buffer with useful applications in biochemistry and molecular biology. TES buffer is helpful for protein, DNA, and RNA stabilization, protecting them from degradation; Sucrose allows for the elimination of autolytic activity. This buffer has been used to determine anti-collagenase activity of Marula stems.
