Tris-HCl Buffer 1M, pH 6.91, Sterile

This product is manufactured to work as a stabilizing buffer with various applications in UV analysis and chromatography. Tris-HCL is frequently used to adjust and stabilize pH ranges for gel electrophoresis.

For simple dilution, Tris-HCl Buffer is of pH 6.91 and 1M concentration. To ensure sterility, this solution has been autoclaved.
