Tris-HCl Buffer 1M, pH 7.5

As a result of its 1M concentration and pH 7.5, Tris-HCl Buffer can be used in HPLC, as well as a resuspension buffer for DNA and RNA. It is most often used for staining, reduction in SDS-PAGE, and alkylation studies.
