Tris-HCl Buffer 1M, pH 7.8

Tris-HCl Buffer is of 1M concentration and pH 7.8. It can be used directly in HPLC, as well as a resuspension buffer for DNA and RNA. It is oftentimes utilized for staining, reduction in SDS-PAGE and alkylation studies.
