Tris-HCl Buffer 1M, pH 9.5, RNase Free, Sterile

This product is a stabilizing buffer with diverse applications in chromatography and UV analysis. It is often used to adjust and stabilize pH ranges for gel electrophoresis.

With 1M concentration and pH 9.5, Tris-HCL is easy to dilute in buffer preparation. Autoclaved to guarantee sterility, this is an appropriate choice for cell culture and other applications where contamination could jeopardize results. Tris-HCL is prepared with DEPC-treated to eliminate any potential DNase, RNase, and protease contamination.
