Tris-HCl Buffer 2M, pH 7.0

With 2M concentration and pH 7.0, Tris-HCl Buffer is most frequently used for staining, reduction in SDS-PAGE and alkylation studies. It can be used directly in HPLC, as well as a resuspension buffer for DNA and RNA.
