Tris-HCl Buffer 2M, pH 7.4

Tris-HCl Buffer is mostly used for staining, reduction in SDS-PAGE, and alkylation studies. With 2M concentration and pH 7.4, this buffer can be diluted for use in HPLC, as well as a resuspension buffer for DNA and RNA.
