Tris-HCl Buffer 2M, pH 7.5

This buffer with 2M concentration and pH 7.5 is most often used for staining, alkylation studies and reduction in SDS-PAGE. Tris-HCl Buffer can be used directly in HPLC, as well as a resuspension buffer for DNA and RNA.
