Tris-HCl Buffer 2M, pH 8.3, DNase, RNase, and Protease Free

Tris-HCl has different applications in chromatography and UV analysis. It is often used to stabilize and adjust pH ranges for gel electrophoresis.

Tris-HCl Buffer is of pH 8.3 and 2M concentration for simple dilution in buffer preparation. This stabilizing buffer is prepared with DEPC-treated water for DNase, RNase and protease contamination.
