Tris-HEPES Native Running Buffer 10X, pH 8.0

Tris is extensively used in biochemistry and molecular biology as a component of buffer solutions, such as in TAE and TBE buffer, especially for solutions of nucleic acids. This buffer contains Tris base 500 mM and HEPES 500 mM.
