Heparin Coated Microplates (Clear)

Heparin coated microplates are specially formulated to easily perform assays on biological functions that utilize Heparin and its derivatives.

These microplates are prepared using 3 µg per well of unfractionated Heparin with an activity of >160 U/mg. Samples should be bound with an HRP-Enzyme conjugate before binding to the plate. Heparin concentration in the sample may then be determined using a standard curve.

bioWORLD offers Heparin Sodium Salt for preparing the curve as well as TBST for a wash buffer. Streptavidin::HRP, Protein A::HRP, and Fetuin::HRP are all great choices for labeling.
