As part of the Antigen-Antibody dissociation, two reagents are provided to dissociate your antigen-antibody complex from a column either in natural condition of in acidic conditions. For acidic dissociation, a neutralizer is also provided.

  • Dialyze to desalt after dissociating with neutral dissociator.
  • Neutralize your antibody with Neutralizer after elution with acid dissociator.
