Column-PROTEIN-Concentrate

This kit is designed to concentrate proteins that cannot be concentrated by precipitation or other techniques. Binds and immbolizes the protein in a low salt buffer, pH 2-12. The protein is the spin-eluted in eluton buffer. This method is gentle of protects the protein from denaturation.
