Pure Lectin Combination Kit 4

This lectin kit for screening the glycosylation of proteins is designed to provide key information with a panel of six affinity purified lectins. the lectins selected in this kit offer a variety of sugar specificities to determine primary glycosylation of various glycoproteins.

The lectin Kit consists of 1 mg each of the following proteins:

-Con A (Concanavalin A)

-Urtica dioica agglutinin (UDA)

-Hippeastrum hybrid (HHA)

-Morus rubra lectin (MRL)

-Norcissus pseudonarcissus (NPA)

-Datura stramonium Lectin (DSA/DSL)

Applications

Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Western Blotting, Glycobiology Analysis, and Specific Mitogenic Stimulation.
