SDS Gel Preparation Kit

bioWORLD's SDS Gel Preparation Kit includes ready to use solutions designed for the convenient preparation of ~50 SDS-PAGE gels (gel size 8x8 cm, 15 ml) for SDS electrophoresis (Laemmli type).

Kit Components:

• 250 mL Separation Gel, 3× Concentrate

• 100 mL Stacking Gel, 5× Concentrate

• 250 mL 30% Acrylamide/0.8% Bisacrylamide Solution

• 3x 250 mL Buffer Concentrate, 10× Concentrate

• 30 mL TEMED 10%

• 30 mL Sample Incubation Buffer Concentrate

• 2× Concentrated Persulfate Solution
