TagAllâ„¢ 520 Stain for In-Cell Westernâ„¢ Assays

TagAll 520nm dye is a fluorescent dye, which acts as a non-specific cell stain that allows accurate normalization of cell numbers for In-Cell Western Assays. TagAll 520 Stain is applied to the cells during incubation with an IR Dye-conjugated Secondary Antibody and thus enables accurate in-situ measurement of a target protein.

This dye stains both the nucleus and cytoplasm of permeabilized cells. It provides a fluorescent signal in a wide range of cell types. This dye shows a linear relationship between fluorescence and cell number and thus allows accurate determination of cell numbers for normalization of data and quantitation.
