Lysis Buffer for Bacteria, pH 8.0

bioWorld's Lysis Buffer for Bacteria, pH 8.0 contains 50 mM Tris Base and 300 mM NaCl. We recommand to add the protease inhibitors immediately before using the lysis buffer. This might include leupeptin, aprotinin, and pepstatin to a final concentration of 1 μg/mL, and PMSF to a final concentration of 1 mM. Store the lysis buffer at 4°C.
