Lysis Buffer II, pH 8.0

Triton X-100 Lysis Buffer II pH 8.0 is a cell lysis reagent used to extract various proteins from cells.

Lysis refers to disintegration of the cell membrane through rupture, producing lysate.

Contains: 0.5% (v/v) Triton X-100, 100 mM NaCl, 10 mM EDTA (pH 8.0), 50 mM Tris-Cl  (pH 8.0)
