Description

Bleomycin is a mixture of basic antineoplastic antibiotics produced by glycopeptide produced by Streptomyces verticullus. Bleomycin binds to DNA and causes strand breaks. Bleomycin also inhibits incorporation thymidine into DNA strands. DNA cleavage by bleomycin depends on oxygen and metal ions, at least in vitro. (Compare our price with Sigma and save)
