Sulfo-SDTB

Sulfo-SDTB is a peptide linker used to detect immobilized amines. It may be used in protein-protein and protein-antibody conjugation.

For best results, Sulfo-SDTB should be linked under alkaline conditions. Amine quantification can be achieved after dissolving Sulfo-SDTB in DMF and Sodium Bicarbonate buffer.
