Glutathione Coated Microplates

96-well, polystyrene, Glutathione-coated microplates are coated with intact glutathione (GSH) for use in capture and detection assays involving glutathione-S-transferase (GST) fusion proteins. Applications include analysis of cell lysates to determine the presence and concentration of GST-fusion proteins produced in an expression system and capturing GST-tagged fusion proteins for subsequent binding assays. Each plate is pre-blocked to ensure that initial purification of cell lysates is not necessary.
