Description

96-well Streptavidin Coated Plates for the binding biotin. This is ideal for detecting or quantifying biotinylated oligonucleotides and peptides. The bond between Streptavidin and Biotin is the is slightly weaker than that between Avidin and Biotin.

Specifications:

  • Easy and gentle immobilization of biotin-containing conjugates
  • Low nonspecific binding
  • No denaturing of the protein component of a conjugate upon binding
  • Ideal for binding small biotinylated hydrophilic molecules (e.g., peptides) that typically exhibit poor binding to polystyrene
  • Pre-blocked with BSA Buffer
