Applications:

Goat (anti-Mouse) IgG Separopore® 4B is used for immunoprecipitation and Co-immunoprecipitation studies. It is suitable for antibody purification or to remove unwanted cross-reactivity. Affinity isolated antibody is coupled to cyanogen bromide-activated Separopore® 4B. The antibody preparation is specific for the Fc fragment of mouse IgG when tested against purified mouse IgA, IgG, IgM, Fc and kappa and lamda light chains. Affinity purified goat anti-mouse IgG coupled to Separopore® offers the advantage of increased sensitivity for mouse IgG without cross-reactivity to other substances present on the membrane or cell surface.

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
