Duplex Buffer, Sterile

Duplex buffer contains 100 mM potassium acetate, 30 mM HEPES and has a pH level of 7.5. It comes as a sterile solution in DEPC-treated water and is for initial resuspension, annealing and storage of duplex DsiRNA products. The salt is necessary for oligonucleotide hybridization.
