Acetate Buffer 1M, pH 5.5, Endotoxin Free, Sterile is commonly used in the purification and precipitation of nucleic acids. It has also seen use in protein crystallization and staining gels used in protein electrophoresis. Contains ≤1 EU/mL bacterial endotoxin.
