Description

5% nonfat dry milk and 0.02% Sodium azide in PBS (10 mM Sodium phosphate, 2 mM potassium phosphate, 10 mM KCl, 137 mM NaCl), pH 7.4 ± 0.1. Prepared in DI water and filtered. Blotto (5%) in PBS with Azide, pH 7.4, Blot blocking buffer used to block non-specific binding for antibodies on the membrane. Shipped on blue ice, store at -20 C.
