1% Gelatin, 0.05% Tween-20 and 0.02% Sodum azide in PBS (137mM Sodium Chloride, 2.7mM Potassium Chloride, 1mM Sodium Phosphate, 1.5 Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.4± 0.2) Prepared in DI water and filtered through 1 µ filter. Shipped on blue ice. Store at -20 C.
