Laemmli SDS-Sample Buffer 6X, Reducing

Laemmli SDS-Sample Buffer is a reducing agent for use in SDS-PAGE. It allows for a clear band of the protein to be seen on the gel.

Be sure to heat the sample for a few minutes after adding this 6X sample buffer to ensure that the SDS is able to completely denature the protein.

Bring solution to room temperature and shake/stir well before using. If SDS falls out of solution, gently increase temperature while stirring.
