Product Description
MNE (MES, NaCl, EDTA) buffer has a pH of 6.5. It contains 20 mM MES, 150 mM NaCl and 5 mM EDTA.

MES (2-(N-morpholino)ethanesulfonic acid) is highly soluble in water and has a pKa of 6.15. Its pH changes with concentration and temperature, and has a melting point of 300°C. EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) is an aminopolycarboxylic acid and is a water-soluble solid.
