Protein Antioxidant for SDS-PAGE Gel Electrophoresis, 200X

200X concentrated Protein Antioxidant for Protein Electrophoresis using SDS running buffers on polyacrylamide gels (PAGE).

Use in conjunction with Protein Reducing Agent (or other reducing agent such as DTT or 2-mercaptoethanol) to maintain non-oxidized state of amino acids in proteins during electrophoresis.

Add to running buffer in upper buffer chamber (cathode) prior to running protein gel electrophoresis in the quantity of 0.5 mL Protein Antioxidant per 100 mL of gel running buffer. Agents migrate with the proteins during electrophoresis.
