Our Stacking Gel Buffer has a concentration of 4X and contains 0.5M Tris at a pH value of 6.8 and 0.4% SDS. Final concentrations of Tris and SDS after dilution is 0.125M and 0.1% respectively. Product is stored at room temperature.
