500 Mm Tris, 1.5 M NaCl and 0.5% Tween-20, pH 7.4 ± 0.2. Prepared in DI water and autoclaved at 15 psi for 30 min on liquid cycle. To make 1X, dilute 10-fold with distilled water. Shipped and stored at room temperature.
