TRIS-Acetate-SDS Running Buffer (10X)

All bioWORLD running buffers are prepared with high quality reagents. Tris-Acetate SDS Running Buffer are used with Tris-Acetate Gels for protein electrophoresis. It can resolve native proteins more effectively than the Tris-Glycine gel system.

Technical Information:

Bring solution to room temperature and shake/stir well before using. If SDS falls out of solution, gently increase temperature while stirring.
