Tris Buffer 10X, pH 10.0

Tris is a buffer with stabilizing properties and numerous applications in chromatography and UV analysis. It is often used to adjust and stabilize pH ranges for gel electrophoresis.

This Tris Buffer is specially formulated as an antigen retrieval solution from FFPE tissue. The 10X concentrated solution may be diluted with distilled water as desired.
