Tris Buffer w/Surfactant

Tris-Triton buffer is the ideal buffer with detergent required to release membrane- or cytoskeleton- bound proteins.

Contains: 10mM Tris (pH 7.4), 100mM NaCl, 1mM EDTA, 1mM EGTA, 1% Triton X-100, 10% Glycerol and 0.1% SDS
