Tris-HCl Buffer 1M, pH 7.5, Sterile

Used to adjust and stabilize pH ranges for gel electrophoresis. Tris-HCl is a stabilizing buffer with a variety of applications in chromatography and UV analysis.

Because of the sterility of the solution, Tris-HCL Buffer is an excellent tool for cell culture and other applications where contamination might compromise results. Tris-HCl Buffer is of pH 7.5 and 1M concentration for quick dilution in buffer preparation.
