Tris-HCl Buffer 1M, pH 7.6, Endotoxin Free

Tris-HCl Buffer with 1M concentration and pH 7.6 is often times used for staining, reduction in SDS-PAGE, and alkylation studies. It can be used directly in HPLC, as well as a resuspension buffer for DNA and RNA.
