Sodium phosphate (10mM), potassium phosphate (15 mM), KCL (27 mM), NaCl (1.37M), and NP-40 (1%), pH 7.4 +/- 0.2. Prepared in DI water and was filtered using 0.22 micron filter. Shipped at RT, store at RT.
