Pure Lectin Combination Kit 2

This lectin kit for screening the glycosylation of proteins is designed to provide key information with a panel of six affinity purified lectins. the lectins selected in this kit offer a variety of sugar specificities to determine primary glycosylation of various glycoproteins.

The lectin Kit consists of 1 mg each of the following proteins:

-GSL I (Griffonia simplicifolia)

-PSA (Pisum sativum agglutinin)

-LCA (Lens culinaris agglutinin)

-SNA - II (Sambucus nigra)

-MAA - II (Maackia amurensis)

-WGA (Wheat germ agglutinin)

Applications: Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Western Blotting, Glycobiology Analysis, and Specific Mitogenic Stimulation.

Conjugation: Unconjugated.

Sugar Specificity: N-Acetylgalactosamine, N-Acetylglucosamine, Mannose, Galactose, Complex Structures.
