Lectin Screening Kit 2 - Cy5

The GlycoMatrix™ Lectin Screening Kit 2 is designed to offer a panel of six Cy5 labeled lectin conjugates with different glycan specificities. This set of lectins has been selected to offer commonly occurring sugars on glycoproteins. The sugar specificities provided by this set of lectins allow you to narrow down the glycan structures of your glycoproteins.

Contains the following lectins, 0.5mg each:

• Griffonia simplicifolia Lectin (GSL I) - Cy5, α-Galactose, α-N-Acetylgalactosamine specific
• Lens culinaris Lectin (LCA) - Cy5, α-Mannose, α-Glucose specific
• Sambucus nigra Lectin (SNA/EBL II) - Cy5, α-N-Acetylgalactosamine specific
• Maackia amurensis Lectin (MAA/MAL II) - Cy5, Complex N-Glycan specific
• Pisum sativum Lectin (PSA) - Cy5, α-Mannose, α-Glucose specific
• Succinylated Triticum vulgaris Lectin (Succ WGA) - Cy5, N-Acetylglucosamine specific

Storage Instruction: To prevent degradation and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, aliquot your product into small, single-use volumes and store them at -20°C
