Lectin Screening Kit 3 - Cy5

The GlycoMatrix™ Lectin Screening Kit 3 is designed to offer a panel of seven Cy5 labeled lectin conjugates with different glycan specificities. This set of lectins has been selected to offer commonly occurring sugars on glycoproteins. The sugar specificities provided by this set of lectins allow you to narrow down the glycan structures of your glycoproteins.

Contains the following lectins, 0.5mg each:

• Artocarpus integrifolia Lectin (AIA) - Cy5, Galβ3GalNAc specific
• Datura stramonium Lectin (DSA) - Cy5, (N-Acetylglucosamine)2-4 specific
• Erythrina cristagalli Lectin (ECL) - Cy5, Galβ4GlcNAc specific
• Griffonia simplicifolia Lectin (GSL II) - Cy5, α-N-Acetylglucosamine, β-N-Acetylglucosamine specific
• Lycopersicon esculentum Lectin (LEL) - Cy5, (N-Acetylglucosamine)2-4 specific
• Solanum tuberosum Lectin (STL) - Cy5, (N-Acetylglucosamine)2-4 specific
• Vicia villosa Lectin (VVL) - Cy5, N-Acetylgalactosamine specific

Storage Instruction: To prevent degradation and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, aliquot your product into small, single-use volumes and store them at -20°C
