Bicine Buffer 1M, pH 8.5

Bicine Buffer 1M, pH 8.5 is a general purpose Good's Buffer that has seen use in tissue culture, phosphorylation and photophosphorylation, fixative transmission electron microscopy, and protein synthesis. This buffer can prevent binding to non-receptor materials. It is a degradation product of alkanolamine and alkylalkanolamine solutions.
