Tris-HCl Buffer 1M, pH 8.0, Endotoxin Free

Tris-HCl Buffer with 1M concentration and pH 8.0 can be used directly in HPLC, as well as a resuspension buffer for DNA and RNA; but is most often used for staining, reduction in SDS-PAGE, and alkylation studies.
