PBS 20% with Tween 20

200 mM Sodium phosphate, 40 mM potassium phosphate, 54 mM KCl, and 2.74 M NaCl and 1% Tween-20. Autoclaved at 15 psi for 20 min on liquid cycle. Shipped at room temperature. Store at room temperatre. The pH of the 1X solution should be 7.4 ± 0.1.
