Aprotinin Separopore® 6B-CL OnePass™ Column

bioWORLD's immonibilzed aprotinin is pure aprotinin coupled to Separopore® (Agarose) 6B-CL. It is designed to remove serine proteases from cell or tissue lysates. Aprotinin, a monomeric protein inhibits several serine proteases including trypsin, chymotrypsin, plasmin and kallikrein. It is known that it's action on kalikrenin inhibits factorXIIa. It is supplied as a 50% suspenion in isopropanol. This is also provided in 25 mL, 10 mL, and 5 mL sizes (SKU: 20181155). Spin columns of 1mL or 5mL prepackaged cartridges are available.
