Pure Lectin Combination Kit 1

This lectin kit for screening the glycosylation of proteins is designed to provide key information with a panel of six affinity purified lectins. the lectins selected in this kit offer a variety of sugar specificities to determine primary glycosylation of various glycoproteins.

The lectin Kit consists of 1 mg each of the following proteins:

-Con A (Concanavalin A)

-WGA (Triticum vulgaris (wheat germ) agglutin)

-DBA (Dolichos biflorus agglutinin)

-UEA 1 (Ulex europaeus agglutinin 1)

-PNA (Archis hypogaea (peanut) agglutinin)

-SBA (Glycine max (soybean) agglutinin)

Applications: Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Western Blotting, Glycobiology Analysis, and Specific Mitogenic Stimulation.

Conjugation: Unconjugated.

Sugar Specificity: N-Acetylgalactosamine, N-Acetylglucosamine, Mannose, Galactose, Fucose.

Storage Instruction: To prevent degradation and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, aliquot your product into small, single-use volumes and store them at -20°C
