BS3 Crosslinker

Bis(sulfosuccinimidyl)suberate, also known as, BS3 Crosslinker, is a popular non-cleavable, membrane-impermeable, water-soluble DSS analog. BS3 Crosslinker can be used for the preparation of protein-protein, receptor-ligand, and hapten carrier molecule conjugates. BS3 Crosslinker is often coupled to molecules that contain primary amines through amide bonds buffered between the pH range of 6.5-8.5 or ideally the pH of 7.5.
