Sialic Acid-Specific MagneZoom™ (Paramagnetic Beads) Multi-Lectin Kit

This set of lectins conjugated to magnetic beads (MagneZoom™) provide a varying degree of specificity for Sialic Acid, thus allowing the capture of a glycoprotein complex for further analysis. This set of lectins is often used for IP applications.

Contains 1mL Magnezoom bound one of each, affyPure^TM Sambucus nigra (Elderberry) Lectin (SNA/EBL I), Maackia amurensis (Amur maackia) Lectin (MAA/MAL I), Triticum vulgaris (Wheat) Lectin (WGA) that recognize sialic acid. In addition to binding and elution buffers to complete affinity isolation procedure.
