Ni-Charged MagneZoom™ (Paramagnetic Beads) Kit

MagneZoom Ni-Charged Kit is designed for quick and efficient small-scale purification of polyhistidine-tagged proteins under non-denaturing or denaturing conditions.

The MagneZoom Ni-Charged Kit superparamagnetic beads average 10µm in size, with strong metal-chelating agent covalently bound to their surfaces. They are pre-charged with nickel and ready to use for quick and small-scale purification of polyhistidine-tagged proteins.
