HPC Broth with TTC, Sterile

HPC is used to determine total count at incubation temperatures of 35° C. All bacteria develop on HPC with indicator media and produce a red color as a result of the precipitation of the formazan following the reduction of 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) by bacteria.
